hersic was founded in Ottawa in 2016 by executive coaches, former public-service directors and private-sector managers. They had seen capable professionals wait years for the "right time" to advance, or stay too long in roles they'd outgrown, simply because no one had helped them plan their moves.

It's a 30-minute conversation with a certified coach, by video or at our downtown Ottawa office. We look at where you are now, where you want to go and what's in the way, then recommend a program and plan. It's free, with no obligation to enrol.
Yes. Many of our coaches have sat on selection boards, and we regularly help clients prepare for competency-based interviews, written assessments and executive processes. We can't influence any selection decision, but we can help you present your experience clearly and confidently.
Plan for three to five hours a week: a 90-minute live workshop, a coaching session of about 50 minutes (depending on your plan) and short assignments you complete as part of your normal work. All workshops are recorded.
If you decide within seven days of starting your program that it isn't the right fit, email us and we'll refund 100% of what you paid. No explanation required. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Yes. We invoice employers and departments directly and can provide program outlines and learning objectives for approval of training requests. Your coaching conversations remain confidential regardless of who pays.
